Servizi Italia reaffirms its ongoing commitment to safeguarding the data of the Company’s various stakeholders (employees, customers, suppliers, third parties, website visitors) and to ensure maximum transparency regarding how such data is processed in accordance with the provisions governing the processing of personal data, in particular the GDPR 679/2016 and Legislative Decree 196/2003 (as amended).
Servizi Italia has adopted a Privacy Organisational Model (MOP); in accordance with current guidelines on Data Protection Impact Assessments, Servizi Italia, also in line with recognised risk management standards, has identified an internal control system architecture designed to prevent and manage risks relating to personal data, which also includes monitoring and reviewing the Privacy Organisational Model to achieve continuous improvement of the data protection risk management system.
Servizi Italia considers it its duty to widely disseminate the information notices pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR No. 2016/679 to all data subjects in relation to the categories of data processed, where the rights of data subjects provided for by the relevant regulations are also clearly set out.
